Eddy Arnold Social Security Show, was a program meant to help people learn more about the benefits of the Social Security Program. Apart from that, it also helped Eddy Arnold from a temporary setback of his career due to Rock and Rollís increasing fame, which is outside of his expertise. The program explained and disseminate relevant information about the Social Security Program especially during those times when it was being restructured to include Medicare and Medicaid. With the relevant information available to the audience, the program envisions that the people will be able to maximize the benefits. In the United States, Social Security is the commonly used term for the federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance (OASDI) program. The original Social Security Act was signed into law by President Franklin Roosevelt in 1935, and the current version of the Act, as amended, encompasses several social welfare and social insurance programs.
